- Start the dishwasher using the detergent tablet provided.
- Dispose of trash in the bins located to the right of the building as you exit.
- There is no need to wash bed linens and towels.
- Finally, lock the door and return the key to the Keybox where you found it.
Upon your arrival, you will find the apartment spotlessly clean and ready for your stay. The beds will be made with fresh linens, and clean towels will be provided for each guest. Additionally, we will provide a welcome kit that includes shampoo, shower gel, coffee, and chocolates to start your stay off right.
- Street Parking: It is usually easy to find parking along Route des Serres until 7:00 PM; after that time, it may require more searching, but it is generally possible to find a spot.
- Street Parking Rates: €1.20 per hour, Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
- Underground Parking: About 500 meters away is the underground parking at 1 Place de la Libération, Beausoleil. For rates, please check Indigo Neo’s website.
- On Foot: Given the proximity to numerous attractions, many sites are easily accessible on foot.
- Public Transport: By walking 8 minutes to Place des Moulins in Monaco, you can catch buses that go everywhere within Monaco, as well as to Menton and Nice. Additionally, near the property is the bus 24 stop, which leads directly to the Montecarlo station
- By Car: Driving is another practical option, as there are no traffic restrictions or limited traffic zones (ZTL) nearby.

- No Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
- Quiet and Respect for Neighbors: Parties are not allowed, and noise should be kept to a minimum. After 10:00 PM, a low noise level is required.

- Consequences: Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the apartment.
As a rule, the check-in and check-out times cannot be changed. However, with advance request, our staff will do their best to accommodate your needs, within possible limits.
